Adds an "Edit sources in the web editor" section to the multi-repository projects page, plus one sentence on the editor overview pointing to it.
The web editor sidebar now has a repository menu in multi-repository projects. You use it to switch the editor to another source's pages, files and branches. Pages that the base source's navigation pulls in from another source are locked there, and clicking one opens its own source.
Based on a merged dashboard change that adds the repository switcher to the editor sidebar. Backend changes that let you edit and publish each source had already landed.
Duplicate check: open and recently merged docs PRs searched for "multi-repo", "repository", "editor source" and "switcher". None cover this.
One thing I left out: the editor skips preview deployments when you edit a non-base source. I couldn't confirm exactly what the Preview button shows in that case.
