Overview
Updates the Prerequisites section in the Spanish, French, and Chinese Autopilot docs so they match the English GitLab support messaging (per #8044).
The old copy stated Autopilot was GitHub-only. It now says projects can use GitHub or GitLab (gitlab.com and self-hosted), with separate bullets for GitHub App setup versus GitLab OAuth in Git settings, and notes that GitLab workflows use merge requests instead of pull requests.
