What changed?

This PR adds temporalio.contrib.streams.testing.MemoryStreamPlugin. The bridge builds the crate's memory Store as the temporalio-streams-memory extension, and the plugin shares a new StreamPlugin base with RedisStreamPlugin. Only Retention and the safety TTL apply. The live tests now run on the memory Store and on Redis.

Why?

Every Stream test needed a Redis server, and CI needed a Redis service (DECISIONS.md S29).

How did you test it?

pytest tests/contrib/streams. Each live test runs on both Stores. Full poe lint and the full suite pass at this layer, except test_envconfig, which reads a config file on this host.

Every Stream test needed a Redis. The bridge now builds the crate's memory Store extension, MemoryStreamPlugin uses it through a shared StreamPlugin base, and the live tests run on both Stores.

Closing as stale. This layer is folded into the v5 tip, #365, and the upstream review uses a fresh series instead. Plan: https://www.notion.so/4048fc567738814990b7c796ac28fe3f
