Bump both deno import maps to the polyengine v0.4.0 release and the runner core to @polymorph/test 0.2.1 everywhere it is named: the JSR pin in the conformance driver, the five @jsr/polymorph__test npm trees (polyengine + jco drivers, js/jco, wpt parity, jco-demo), and the cargo revs + CI action refs (one polymorph-test v0.2.1 release, 9f9e4d5). Upstream's one breaking change (A19 err-result brand-key rename) is internal to the engine; this repo's witError/mapWitError identifiers are unrelated jco error-payload plumbing and stand. Package version 0.4.0: the published deno.json's @polyengine/runtime range moves to ^0.4.0, a resolution-level break for consumers holding 0.3.0 pins. Gates: polyengine-module-check (38 tests), polyengine-pin-check, runner-js-pin-check, fmt/clippy/tests, validate-wit, and the polyengine conformance leg (exit 0; declared-debt failures only).
