Replicas inherit retain_repo_versions from upstream repositories during replication. File replication tests use published source repositories so their manifests are available to sync. fixes pulp#7022 Assisted-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 Assisted-By: OpenAI Codex
CI observed a Last-Modified timestamp about 0.15 seconds ahead of the test process's clock. Allow up to one second when checking whether the response date is plausible. Assisted-By: OpenAI Codex
