PEP 755: Mark as Withdrawn

  • To an Accepted or Final PEP, with Steering Council approval
  • To fix an editorial issue (markup, typo, link, header, etc)
  • To Withdraw a PEP
• PR title prefixed with PEP number (e.g. PEP 123: Summary of changes)

I accidently pushed to main here and reverted it during this process, my fault sorry!
Usually branch protections block me from being silly but this one went through :(
i've set git config remote.upstream.pushurl DISABLED-use-a-PR locally to fix
