Syncs python-json with the maintenance update of Working With JSON Data in Python.

  • hello_frieda.py: open the file with encoding="utf-8", as the article does.
  • hello_frieda.json / mini_frieda.json: regenerated on Python 3.14 so the sizes match the article's corrected figures (283 and 257 bytes).

Verified: scripts and the python -m json commands run on Python 3.14.6; ruff 0.14.1 format/check and dircheck.py pass.
