Adds a new
python-modules-packagesfolder for Python Modules and Packages – An Introduction, which ships code but had no materials folder.mod.pyandpkg/several times, so each stage has its own subfolder (module_basics/,main_guard/,package_init_data/,import_star_all/,subpackages_relative/, ...), following thepython-circular-importslayout. README has a stage table with run examples.import a, b) carry# noqa.Verified: every script and REPL example reproduces the article's output on Python 3.14.6; ruff 0.14.1 format/check and dircheck.py pass. -codeopt-in points here).Credit: Martin Breuss (maintenance pipeline owner).
