Deprecations for 12.3.2, so that 13.0 can remove these APIs after they've been deprecated in a v12 release:
List.hasin favor ofList.some. This matches master (AlignListmembership APIs withArray#8530), without the newList.includes.Stdlib_ErrorandStdlib_Exnmodules in favor of JsError/JsExn #8404: deprecate theStdlib_ErrorandStdlib_Exnmodules in favor ofJsError/JsExn. All of their functions were already deprecated individually.13.0.0 removes the stdlib APIs deprecated in v12, so it has to be released after 12.3.2. Users can then run
