Motivation
Complete the API and testing documentation for the shared configuration RFC, following the guide added in #552.
Changes
Add concise references for
define.extends()andRstackConfigin English and Chinese. Explain how shared test settings interact with automatic App and Lib inheritance. Programmatic configuration loading is documented separately in #557.
