typescript applications that include diff2html fail to build when ts compilerOption noImplicitAny=true #575

This error was induced when diff2html replaced hogan.js with @profoundlogic/hogan.

The following build error occurs with the current version of diff2html:

✘ [ERROR] TS7016: Could not find a declaration file for module '@profoundlogic/hogan'. '/Users/jarosen6/dev/workingPV/primeNgUpdateSandbox/angular-pv/node_modules/@profoundlogic/hogan/lib/hogan.js' implicitly has an 'any' type. Trynpm i --save-dev @types/profoundlogic__hoganif it exists or add a new declaration (.d.ts) file containingdeclare module '@profoundlogic/hogan';` [plugin angular-compiler]

The problem occurs because there is no @types (d.ts) file for the forked project @profoundlogic/hogan

Note: noImplicitAny = true is the default/recommended ts compile configuration setting
