Replace .eslintrc.js/.eslintignore with eslint.config.js, bump eslint to 9 and @react-native/eslint-config to 0.88.0 (flat config), and add typescript-eslint. Remove a stray statement flagged by no-unused-expressions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
