Vouch Request: renyi9044-png (Python stderr deadlock fix) #3393

Hi! I submitted PR #3392 to fix #3357 (Python subprocess deadlock with >64KB stderr).

What I fixed

• Removed hardcoded OTEL_LOG_LEVEL: "DEBUG" that was flooding stderr
• Filtered parent OTEL_* env vars from leaking to Python subprocesses

• Experience with subprocess management and OpenTelemetry
• Found and fixed this issue by analyzing the root cause described in bug: python.runScript() deadlocks when Python subprocess produces >64KB stderr output #3357
