Hi Trigger.dev team!

My name is Rehan (@Rehansanjay). I am a full-stack developer passionate about open-source TypeScript infrastructure, background jobs, and developer tooling.

I've analyzed and implemented a complete bug fix for #4264 (bug: envvars.update() throws "ReferenceError: name is not defined" outside a task context).

Specifically, I fixed the positional parameter binding error ($name = nameOrRequestOptions) in packages/trigger-sdk/src/v3/envvars.ts, added runtime validation, and added unit test assertions in triggerClient.types.test.ts.

I have the branch ready to merge on my fork. I would love to be vouched so I can submit this PR and continue contributing to Trigger.dev!
