Vouch request: AbhayPratap01 — fix for #4733 #4891

Why do you want to contribute?

I'd like to contribute to Trigger.dev by working on issue #4733, get_run_details returning a non-progressing zero-limit cursor.

I investigated the current implementation in packages/cli-v3/src/mcp/tools/runs.ts and packages/cli-v3/src/mcp/schemas.ts.

My planned approach is to:

• ensure maxTraceLines cannot be non-positive at the schema boundary
• handle malformed pagination cursors safely instead of allowing parseInt() to produce NaN
• add regression tests covering the non-positive maxTraceLines and invalid cursor cases
• keep the change scoped to issue bug: get_run_details has returned a non-progressing zero-limit cursor since PR #3224 #4733
• run the relevant tests, formatting, and lint checks before opening a draft PR

The malformed cursor (NaN) case was also discussed in the issue, and I was invited to take that part as well.

I've built full-stack applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and automated testing. I'm comfortable working with Git/GitHub and I'm currently getting more involved in open-source development.

I'm particularly interested in contributing to TypeScript/Node.js projects and improving reliability through regression testing and scoped bug fixes.
