docs: inconsistent casing in "See [...]" section links #3230

Explain in Detail

Most "See [...]" links use the target page or section title as written, e.g. See [Compound Commands], See [Run Config], See [Task Dependencies]. A few don't:

• See [troubleshooting] → page is "Troubleshooting" (config/lint.md, config/fmt.md)
• See [Check config] → page is "Check Config" (guide/check.md)
• [Staged config reference] → page is "Staged Config" (guide/migrate.md)
• See the [Commit hooks guide] → page is "Commit Hooks" (guide/troubleshooting.md, guide/migrate.md, guide/create.md, config/staged.md)

Your Suggestion for Changes

Match the target title in "See [...]" links. Keep lowercase for links inside a sentence, e.g. "parts of [compound commands]".
