Bump the vite-task git dependency from a3c087a to 0346c26.

Five commits, no changelog entries, and no CLI or API changes. Rust sources of the vite-task crates are unchanged; only docs, .gitignore, and upstream lockfiles differ.

• vite-task#874: stdio docs now show vp run --log=<mode> <task>, because flags after the task name are passed to the task. Vite+ docs do not use the old example.
• vite-task#877: bumps rustls-webpki to 0.103.16 and webpki-root-certs to 1.0.10 (RUSTSEC-2026-0382, RUSTSEC-2026-0383). This repo's lockfile already resolves those versions, so the bump only moves the git revision.
• vite-task#873: corrects vite-task's own e2e snapshot README to argv steps.
• vite-task#868: ignores *.jsonc.new snapshot output in vite-task.
• vite-task#880: updates oxlint-tsgolint to 7.0.2005 in vite-task's own pnpm lockfile. That package is not a Vite+ dependency.

cargo test --locked passed for vp_command, vp_error, vp_pm_cli, vp_js_runtime, vp_migration, vp_shared, vp_static_config, vite-plus-cli, and vp_global_cli. cargo check --locked -p vp_cli_snapshots --all-targets passed. Snapshot files are unchanged.

Supersedes unmerged drafts #3204 (9df0605) and #3220 (9b7dd80). The GitHub App token cannot close pull requests (closePullRequest returns 403), so those drafts are still open.
