Adds site/, the Astro + Starlight site for durable.wavezync.com, and links to it from the READMEs.

What's in it

• Landing page: hero graph of a run unfolding, an interactive AI agent demo (crash and resume, approvals, retries, inspect), the Resilient / Reliable / Resumable story with animated stages, features, dashboard and observability sections, and an FAQ.
• Docs from one source: the docs pages are the packages' own markdown (durable/README.md, durable/guides/*.md, durable_dashboard/README.md, both changelogs). site/src/docs.ts reads them in place, so the site and HexDocs never drift. Relative links become site pages or GitHub links, and module names in backticks link to HexDocs.
• Interactive examples: each README example gets a page with a simulated run of its workflow graph next to the code.
• Changelog timeline: site/src/changelog.ts renders the git-cliff output as a release timeline, with dates, Latest and Pre-release badges, compare links and commit chips. The changelog files themselves don't change.
• Theme: the "Blue hour" palette on the landing page, the docs (dark, plus a light mode) and the code highlighting.
• SEO: canonical URLs, sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt (built from the docs table), JSON-LD, and a social card (site/og/og.html renders site/public/og.png).
• Hosting: Cloudflare Workers static assets (site/wrangler.jsonc), with immutable caching for /_astro/* in site/public/_headers. Deploy with cd site && pnpm run deploy.
• READMEs: CI, Hex, HexDocs and docs badges, plus links to the site.

Notes

• The site builds from the package markdown, so renaming a README heading that an example page uses fails the site build on purpose (section() in site/src/docs.ts). The site isn't in CI yet; that can be a follow-up.
• wrangler.jsonc routes to the durable.wavezync.com custom domain, which needs the wavezync.com zone on Cloudflare. Run pnpm exec wrangler login before the first deploy.

Test plan

• cd site && pnpm install && pnpm check reports 0 errors
• pnpm build completes
• Lighthouse (mobile) on /, /docs/waiting/, /docs/changelog/ and /examples/trip-booking/: accessibility 100, performance 99–100
• wrangler deploy --dry-run reads the 109 built files
• wrangler dev: pages return 200, /docs redirects to /docs/, unknown paths get the 404 page with a 404 status, and /_astro/* is served with immutable caching
• First deploy to Cloudflare
