Workers Builds requires the name in site/wrangler.jsonc to match the Worker the repository is connected to. The Worker in the dashboard is durable, but the config said durable-site, so the deploy step would fail even after the build passes.

Also needed in the Cloudflare dashboard

The last build failed during install because the build image reads the repository's root .tool-versions (Erlang and Elixir, which the image doesn't support). Under Workers → durable → Settings → Build:

  • Add the build variable SKIP_DEPENDENCY_INSTALL = 1
  • Change the build command to pnpm install --frozen-lockfile && pnpm run build

Test plan

  • Retry the Cloudflare build after merging, with the settings above

Workers Builds requires the name in wrangler.jsonc to match the Worker
the repository is connected to, which is "durable".
