docs: INSTALL profiles — setup-cs-stack always copied (#47)

Summary

docs/INSTALL.md §3 now lists setup-cs-stack on every install profile, including leaf and careful-only, so the operator can re-run profile selection. Optional packages stay optional: careful-mode on leaf, verify on careful-only. The full row is unchanged.

How to verify

• In docs/INSTALL.md §3, the Skills cells are:
  • leaf: setup-cs-stack + investigate + fix-bug + verify (+ careful-mode optional)
  • careful-only: setup-cs-stack + careful-mode (+ verify optional)
• Skill names still link as [name](../skills/<name>/SKILL.md).
• README and PLAYBOOK-V0 still point at the same Install profiles heading; those pointers were left unchanged.
• Required validate CI on this pull request is green (markdown structure, including relative link resolution).
