The previous ten commits are HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#1429 by @EliteMasterEric, with the named frame marks by Cameron Taylor. TelemetryTracy.h keeps libhxcpp's hxcpp.h include guard alongside the new TRACY_ON_DEMAND define. TracyTelemetryApi builds and passes with the new client. Fixes #250
