What

Split the Zephyr tests from 3 jobs into 7.

Why

One job built three firmwares on 4 cores, so the tests started late.

Job Before (run 40005261035) After
native_sim (3 boards) 12.1 min 7.2, 7.3, 72.5* min
nrf5340bsim 10.9 min 20.3*, 69.8* min
nrf54lm20bsim 11.1 min 8.1, 10.2 min

* Zephyr setup stalled 15 to 68 min on the slow Ubuntu mirror. The tests themselves took 2.4 to 5.0 min.

Split Tests (collect only)
native_sim / asan / lfs 100 + 95 + 99 = 294, all
each bsim: samples / other 11 + 34 = 45, all

This PR Zephyr tests in more jobs

Written with Claude Code. I checked that the splits cover every test once.

native_sim, native_sim_asan and native_sim_lfs each get their own job,
so each job builds one firmware instead of three on 4 cores. Each bsim
suite is split by the zephyr_sample marker, so the tests that build
Zephyr samples, the slowest part of the suite, run in their own job.
