feat(ux): Terminal and Files become Board tabs — the dock is four apps - #224

UX phase 2 (docs/plans/ux-simplification.md). Terminal (a read-only tail of the runner's session feed) and Files (read-only repo browser) were pinned apps for low-frequency views of Board's own data. They are now Board tabs — Log and Files — next to the sessions and repos they show, and stay launchable on their own from Activities. The dock is Home · Workflow · Board · Settings. Board takes a launch tab (runners / log / files); the Home checklist's "Pair" step now lands on Board → Runners instead of the Boards list.
