Unsigned stays the default, but clients are not required to send unsigned requests, and a FAPI 2 profile may require signed requests. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Unsigned backchannel authentication requests are the default. FAPI 1 still has to support signed as well.
